If displaying CJK characters with an iso10646 font doesn't work now --
I can't remember -- it is simple to write a CCL program to make it
work, but I thought CJK users normally don't want that.

I wouldn't expect the font used to depend on the encoding of a file,
though. Text has no memory of where it came from in general, and the
way it is displayed should normally depend on the user's preferences,
set through the locale.
