I've compiled and installed the patched Mule-UCS using XEmacs
21.4.9. It works. I didn't check for all functions and all
languages, though.
By the way, there is the official XEmacs Mule-UCS package:
ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/packages/mule-ucs-1.04-pkg.tar.gz
It doesn't contain big5conv modules and jisx0213 modules.
There's no problem on me to compile big5conv modules using
XEmacs 21.4.9, but jisx0213 modules still turns down XEmacs
because of the following error.
Compiling jisx0213/x0213-font.el...
While compiling toplevel forms in file jisx0213/x0213-font.el:
!! error (("Invalid value for 'direction" 0))
^GInvalid value for 'direction: 0
xemacs exiting
I think the jisx0213 modules are specialized for FSF Emacs, so
it is not a serious problem.
You need many fonts to read all.
Please correct this incomplete list and add more!
