倍角ダッシュの変換は？

emacs-w3m の　shimbun backend で読める全記事のJIS表示化に挑戦しています．
が，一つ解らないことが．

毎日新聞の記事「ヤクルト―広島戦は雨で中止(8日)

  http://www.mainichi.jp/enta/sports/baseball/pro/news/20080408k0000e050090000c.html

を sb-mainichi.el で観ますと，この見出しが

　ヤクルト□広島戦は.....

と表示されます．これを何とか，

　ヤクルト―広島戦は....

と表示されるように，utf-translate-cjk-set-unicode-range　に変換テーブルを加
えたいのですが，これがどうも解りません．

つまり，ヤクルト□広島戦 の□のところで，M-x describe-char としますと，

変換テーブルは，

となるのではと思うのですが，x???? が解らずにいます（全くの勘違いかも？）．

この点をお教え戴きたく，宜しくお願いします．
