No problem as far as copyright notice is kept as is. We
welcome such an incorporating. But we'd like to here from
authors of such an application for what the files are used.
By the way, to read m17n-db files, I think using m17n-lib is
the most convenient way. Perhaps, mdatabase_* APIs should
be moved to CORE part, then only libm17n-core.so is
necessary for such a work.
